From nutrition, movement and mental health, here at Liverpool Health & Wellbeing, we want to give the younger generation the best start in life.
Kids and their enthusiasm for imitative behaviour prompts attention and interaction from parents.
At the Eudaemonia Festivals, we get to teach the parents and kids about healthy habits, making better choices, the environment and mindfulness while offering the chance to be an advocate for better health and encouraging parental engagement.
Here you will find days out, recipes, online activities, mindful tips and an online forum for you to have a chat.

Liverpool Health & Wellbeing works together with Train Eat Educate and with schools across Liverpool, teaching kids about nutrition, movement and mental health. Healthy habits help children grow up happy and healthy as well as preventing health problems both mentally and physically. This applies to any age so helping children develop healthy habits early in life will bring lifelong benefits and encourages them to evaluate things like food choices and physical activities.

SUPER IN 6
SUPERin6 is a workout for kids and families and fun for any age. It is short rounds of 6 minutes with exercises that will help with fitness levels, strength and mobility. It has been a HIIT with the kids (pun intended) but also the adults too!
